Next Step Wellness Housing provides non-clinical, shared housing for individuals who are medically stable, ambulatory, and capable of independent living within a supportive cohousing community.

Once you submit the online referral form, our team will review the information to ensure the client meets our safety and housing readiness criteria. We prioritize medically stable, independent, and non-clinical shared housing placements. You can typically expect a response within 24–48 business hours.
